The shape of it
One weekly rhythm, built to run without you in it
You said the bottleneck sits after filming: deciding what is worth keeping,
cutting it, and giving it production value. So this is built in two phases. The brand kit comes
first, because once the intro, outro, lower thirds and banners exist, every video after it drops
into a format that is already decided. Then the weekly edits start, and the standards stay fixed
whether the source is a talking-head piece or an hour-long customer conversation.
Nothing here requires a long commitment. You can start with a single video, or the brand kit
alone, and add to it whenever the rhythm justifies it. The package rates below are available whenever
you want them.
Phase 1
Brand Kit
Built across every channel you named - YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. Everything comes off
one design direction I get approved with you first, so the pieces read as a set. Each line below links to real work in the same category.

Custom Logo Intro
Your standard open - the hook, then the pivot into who you are. Built once, reused on every video.
Three custom branded lower third animations - name and title, teaching point, and a framework callout for Build, Highlight, Discover, Close.
$100
Channel Banners - all four platforms
YouTube is the master design at $150, built to the safe area so it holds on TV, desktop and mobile. Facebook, LinkedIn and X are $75 each, the same design re-laid out for each platform's crop.
Logo dos and don'ts, fonts, colors and usage, all in one place - so anyone you bring in later works to the same standard without asking.
$100
Brand Kit - typical build
Delivered in 5 - 7 days from brand assets
$825
Range $775 - $975 by intro and outro complexity
To start this, I need three things: your logo files, your fonts, and your colors. If the fonts
and colors are not settled yet, I will put a direction in front of you and we lock it there.
Phase 2
Video Editing
The rate is $30 per minute of footage you send me. That covers the animated titles and
callouts, stock footage sourcing, music and sound design. What drives the cost is how much footage
comes in. The finished runtime does not change it, so the single most valuable thing you can do
is send me the keepers.
$300
Long-form
From ~10 min of footage, the talking-head pieces you described
$600
Long-form
From ~20 min of footage, a trimmed customer conversation
$95
Short-form
Up to 90 seconds, cut from the same session
$35
Thumbnail
Designed alongside a video order
Worth getting right up front. You got 14 minutes of finished video out of a 70 minute
conversation, which is the whole point - most of that recording was always going to be cut.
Send me the whole hour every week and you are covering material that never makes it in. Trim it to
the best 20 minutes first and the long-form lands at $600, the short off that same session is $95,
and the cut comes out sharper because you already picked the gold.
Three ways to start
Pick the commitment that fits the rhythm you actually have
The work is identical in all three. The only thing that changes is the rate, and the rate improves
once the volume is actually committed.

Why the packages show a range. Both figures are real months. The low end is a
month of talking-head pieces cut from around 10 minutes of footage each. The high end is a month of
customer conversations trimmed to around 20 minutes each. You decide which by what you send, and
you will usually land somewhere between the two.

I control the quality of the edit. The algorithm sits outside anyone's control. What I do is read
every cut for retention first and polish second, which is the part that moves finish rates.
How it runs
Process
You send the sessionRaw footage plus any notes, in one folder. Trimmed to the keepers where you can.
First draft in 4 to 5 daysFully built - titles, stock, music and sound design all in.
You send notes, we iterateSometimes a word change, sometimes a different direction. Both are normal and both are part of it.
Final delivered, next session startsOnce we have a few done the presets are built and the rhythm carries itself.
Month one works the way you described it. We go through references together, I learn the
offer, the framework and the buzzwords that signal a teaching moment, and you stay close to the
first cuts. The goal is that by the end of it the weekly video stops needing you in it.
Next step
Where you want to start is up to you
My suggestion is the brand kit first, since every video after it inherits the format. But a paid
test video works just as well if you would rather see a finished cut before committing to anything
else. Either way, send me the raw footage from one session plus your brand assets and I will put
exact figures against your actual material and get started.
